Rosenberger high-temperature connectors are generally used in engine compartments, boilers and ovens. These durable, resilient and customized connector systems are suitable for temperatures up to +450 °C. Rosenberger has the know-how of performing thermal and electrical simulations as well as processing high-temperature-proof materials such as ceramics and stainless steel. Different components including cable assemblies, housing connectors and matched antenna systems are developed in close cooperation with our customers and partners. Customized solutions are available upon request.

The Rosenberger NEX10® connector system meets the existing and future infrastructure efficiency demands of small cell applications and 5G mobile networks. For frequencies up to 20 GHz, the new robust and highly compact NEX10® interface standard provides safe, easy and damage-free connection while minimizing interference from PIM (Passive Intermodulation). Screw-type and a push-pull locking mechanism are available. As a leading global manufacturer of RF products, Rosenberger is an active partner in the NEX10® consortium which is tasked with making the interface a worldwide IEC standard. Rosenberger HVR®50 connectors are available in straight and angled variants. The additional slide locking mechanism (CPA – Connector Position Assurance) prevents accidental disconnection. Despite their small size these connectors achieve a current capacity of approximately 60 A at 85 °C. HVR®50 connectors are mainly used in ancillary units such as electrical heating systems, air-conditioning units, DC/DC converters, and for charging batteries.
