RosenbergerHSD® is a homogeneous impedance-controlled interconnect system which directly addresses the high-speed data, low-voltage requirements of real-time automotive industry applications. Extremely compact and durable this 100 Ohm fully shielded interconnect system utilizes shielded twisted quad cables and features mechanical keying and latching for high connection retention, as well as coding to avoid misuse. Furthermore, these precision manufactured RosenbergerHSD®SF variants are ideally suited for process-safe and fully automated assembly by harness makers, facilitating a significant reduction in costs. Its high data throughput performance while also preventing interference from crosstalk and external sources makes the RosenbergerHSD® cable and PCB connector system the perfect choice for LVDS cameras, USB connections and IEEE 1394 applications. In addition, it is well-suited to many other applications including those found in digital infotainment electronics and digital symmetrical networks – even radio base stations.

Rosenberger provides a variety of snap-in D-Sub coaxial and power inserts for fast, reliable mixed card edge chassis. Their small dimensions allow high packing densities as well as easy connection. A combination including power connectors is also available on request. D-Sub Coax Inserts and cable connectors 50 Ω are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to D-Sub. The maximum frequency is approximately 2 GHz. Available on request. Power Inserts meet the requirements of DIN 41626-T1 and are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to DIN 41612 or D-Sub. Contact current 10 A, 20 A, 30 A, 40 A. Rosenberger SLC (Spring Loaded Contacts) are suited to customized designs and frequencies up to 6 GHz. The product portfolio ensures impedance controlled SLC for transmission of RF signals across a diverse range of customized products and applications, such as backplane designs and those requiring a high degree of tolerance compensation between mating partners. Rosenberger SLC connectors and assemblies are therefore a perfect fit for specialized board-to-board applications, hybrid SLC solutions – with a combination of DC, RF signal transmission, power supply and fiber optical lines – as well as SLC cable connectors, board and panel mounted products.

Rosenberger SMP Infinity is the innovative and highly compact PCB connector series with a one-step locking mechanism for delivering maximum performance for a wide range of applications up to 40 GHz. The series is available as cable, PCB and bulkhead connectors, as well as test adaptors and cable assemblies.
