Rosenberger provides a wide range of Multiport Mini-Coax connectors and cable assemblies for addressing the challenging technological demands of the semiconductor test equipment industry. For both 20 and 40 GHz applications, the extensive standard range comprises PCB connectors, purpose-designed plastic-housings and pre-assembled cable assembly sets. This ensures cable assembly configurations that precisely meet customer-specific test requirements. Board-to-board connections can be applied in very limited spaces with the advantages of coaxial shielding while a handy extraction tool ensures mating and demating can be done quickly and easily onsite. The cost-effective injection moulded housings for connection to one side of the PCB are available with 2, 4, 6 or 8 channels and allow the mixing of straight and right angle Mini-Coax cable pairs. Interface dimensions are based on Rosenberger standard Mini-Coax connectors.

Rosenberger HFM® is the next generation of coaxial connectors for the automotive industry. For frequencies up to 15 GHz, the intelligent modular system ensures fast transmission of high data rates up to 20 Gbps. Its innovative design addresses the growing requirement for cost savings as well as reduced weight and size. Delivering space savings of up to 80 % compared to conventional FAKRA connectors, the Rosenberger HFM® connector system allows various modules to be accommodated in the smallest possible footprint.

Rosenberger provides a variety of snap-in D-Sub coaxial and power inserts for fast, reliable mixed card edge chassis. Their small dimensions allow high packing densities as well as easy connection. A combination including power connectors is also available on request. D-Sub Coax Inserts and cable connectors 50 Ω are designed for use in mixed card edge connections in accordance to D-Sub. The maximum frequency is approximately 2 GHz. Available on request. With its high capacity, compact design the Rosenberger DCS is perfect for space-confined high voltage applications where direct connection is a prerequisite. With a cable cross-section of just 70 mm² the current carrying capacity is 340 A at 85 °C, making it ideal for battery charging or enabling direct connection between the battery and motor components used in electric vehicles.
