Rosenberger has expanded its product portfolio for 100BASE-T1 connections with AMEC Ethernet connectors. In technical cooperation with Delphi/APTIV, further cost-effective high-speed Ethernet solutions for the automotive market are being developed. These robust, compact connectors deliver the high performance necessary for a range of applications including autonomous driving, driver assistance, rear seat entertainment, and LVDS & camera systems. The Delphi and Rosenberger AMEC program is 100 % compatible, ensuring the customer has a fully approved second source.

The Rosenberger RPC-SL series are interchangeable port connector systems for use with test equipment where test ports are frequently mated and re-mated. Under such heavy usage, Rosenberger RPC-SL interchangeable port connectors allow the equipment/device interface to be fully protected from potential damage, avoiding the risk of costly repairs. The RPC-SL port connector includes a panel mounting half and a sexless interface which features two spring-loaded butt contacts. This ensures no wear occurs during mating and eliminates the possibility of accidental damage from mismatching of connector halves. Furthermore, the interface between the panel mount and the adaptor is slotted, preventing the mating faces from rotating and possible damage. The RPC-SL portfolio offers both 26.5 GHz and 40 GHz versions. While adaptors can be interchanged and are available in different connector series, the connector heads in these two ranges are not compatible and can only be used with their own system.

The FP-04T/05 provide these same performance levels for 8/12 fiber ribbon respectively. . The FPS04 and FPS08 series are specially designed for optical components, where small packaging is a priority. These micro sleeves provide the known reliability of Fujikura sleeves in the smallest possible lengths. This easy and cost effective method is a great alternative to recoating. The FPS01 and FPS04 series offer a wide range of options to accommodate various coating sizes, and are manufactured in a variety of lengths. This gives great flexibility in designing optical modules.
