Ideal for applications where frequent connections and disconnections are necessary, the unique self-mating and locking magnetic plug ensures the right connection every time – even in the most inaccessible places. Ease of cleaning of the RJ45 components, a robust housing and the plug-in processes using magnets make the product a highly durable solution. The usual features such as ease of termination, high number of mating cycles, and combined power and LAN connections all come as standard.

Rosenberger snap-in Mini-Coax inserts for Metral-chassis card edge connections offer modular high packing densities due to their extremely small size. As well as Multiport Mini-Coax are available in multiple 2, 4, 6 and 8 channel variants. Further benefits include fast, reliable connection, high data transmission rates, and superior electrical and mechanical stability.

The Rosenberger MagneticUSB is an innovative connection series. All standard USB connectors can be very easily connected to computer or mobile devices thanks to intelligent magnet technology. It can also be disconnected very quickly for optimally protecting USB connections.

Rosenberger’s new RPC-1.35* precision connector series meets the growing demand for precision, high-performance RF-connections up to 90 GHz. The range addresses the expanding market for 5G, industrial sensors in the E-Band, millimeter wave sensors for self-driving vehicles, WLAN IEEE 802.11ax and 802.11ay. RPC-1.35 connectors offer a highly robust mechanical design, minimum 3000 mating cycles, high connector repeatability, and maximum return loss values – ideal for ensuring RF measurements in the E-Band without delays. The product portfolio covers semi-rigid and flexible cable assemblies, PCB connectors, test PCBs, cable connectors, in-series and inter-series adaptors, test ports, floating and waveguide-to-coaxial adaptors as well as gauge and calibration kits. *A working group, comprising PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt), Rosenberger, Rohde & Schwarz and Spinner, designed the new 1.35 mm connector to close the gap between 1.85 mm and 1.00 mm connectors.
