The Rosenberger Magnetic RJ45 is an innovative magnetic connector solution for Ethernet connections. Extremely compact and durable this 100 Ohm fully shielded interconnect system utilizes shielded twisted quad cables and features mechanical keying and latching for high connection retention, as well as coding to avoid misuse. Furthermore, these precision manufactured RosenbergerHSD®SF variants are ideally suited for process-safe and fully automated assembly by harness makers, facilitating a significant reduction in costs. Its high data throughput performance while also preventing interference from crosstalk and external sources makes the RosenbergerHSD® cable and PCB connector system the perfect choice for LVDS cameras, USB connections and IEEE 1394 applications. In addition, it is well-suited to many other applications including those found in digital infotainment electronics and digital symmetrical networks – even radio base stations.

Rosenberger RPC-7 “hermaphroditic” connectors with 7 mm diameter at outer contact are designed for precision measurements up to 18 GHz and are suitable for semi-rigid cables and microwave components. Mating electrically with center and outer conductor by end-surface (butt) contact, the mechanical connection is designed as a counter-sinkable threaded socket. For total flexibility, these low reflection connectors are intermateable with all common 7 mm series connectors including APC-7, PC-7, GPC-7 or Precifix AA. Furthermore, RPC-7 and RPC-N connector heads are interchangeable using the same bead type. The wide product range comprises connectors and connector heads, adaptors, interchangeable port connectors, airlines as well as test & measurement accessories such as RPC-7 calibration and verification kits, test cables, attenuators or measurement equipment (open – short – load).

The Rosenberger Spring Loaded Coax System is designed to make quick, reliable and low abrasion PCB con­nections – up to 18 GHz (SMA interface) or up to 40 GHz (RPC-2.92 interface) – to single-layer or multi-layer printed circuit boards with the microwave layer on top.
