While several types of network analyzers (NAs) have become increasingly important in the development of microwave circuits and systems in industrial measurement applications, vector network analyzers (VNAs) are particularly useful. This is due to their calibration capability and the ability to measure more parameters. Rosenberger develops and offers a wide range of metrology kits for a variety of standard and precision interfaces when performing calibration, verification and traceability, as well as gauges and gauge kits for vector network analyzers (VNAs).

Rosenberger provides a wide range of Multiport Mini-Coax connectors and cable assemblies for addressing the challenging technological demands of the semiconductor test equipment industry. For both 20 and 40 GHz applications, the extensive standard range comprises PCB connectors, purpose-designed plastic-housings and pre-assembled cable assembly sets. This ensures cable assembly configurations that precisely meet customer-specific test requirements. Board-to-board connections can be applied in very limited spaces with the advantages of coaxial shielding while a handy extraction tool ensures mating and demating can be done quickly and easily onsite. The cost-effective injection moulded housings for connection to one side of the PCB are available with 2, 4, 6 or 8 channels and allow the mixing of straight and right angle Mini-Coax cable pairs. Interface dimensions are based on Rosenberger standard Mini-Coax connectors.

Rosenberger offers non-magnetic versions of standard connector interfaces including Multiport-Mini-Coax, QMA and SMP. All materials and platings are non-magnetic which is mandatory in certain environments. They are widely used, for example, by the medical industries in MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) equipment as well as in aerospace and other specialized industrial applications. The non-magnetic product range includes standard coaxial connector and cable assemblies. Customized solutions are available upon request.

Rosenberger SMP Infinity is the innovative and highly compact PCB connector series with a one-step locking mechanism for delivering maximum performance for a wide range of applications up to 40 GHz. The series is available as cable, PCB and bulkhead connectors, as well as test adaptors and cable assemblies.
