Rosenberger high-temperature connectors are generally used in engine compartments, boilers and ovens. These durable, resilient and customized connector systems are suitable for temperatures up to +450 °C. Rosenberger has the know-how of performing thermal and electrical simulations as well as processing high-temperature-proof materials such as ceramics and stainless steel. Different components including cable assemblies, housing connectors and matched antenna systems are developed in close cooperation with our customers and partners. Electric Vehicles (LEV) including e-bikes, e-scooters and pedelecs as well as for UGVs and drones. Providing fast and reliable magnetic connection, these are particularly suited to data communication and power transmission of voltages up to 60 V and current loads up to 40 A. The magnetic locking and precision self-mating capability prevents any accidental or forced disconnection from damaging the connector or the LEV. Furthermore, the high tolerance pin and socket design permits a large number of mating cycles. The RoPD® connection system is ideal for many LEV connection applications – including battery changing and charging – where frequent connection and disconnection is required. The four data contacts and two power transmission pins make a hot-plug capability unnecessary as the data contacts activate the power following connection. For added flexibility the data contacts can be used as a BUS system with an additional supply voltage. Versions of the RoPD® system are also available for EnergyBus applications.

Rosenberger RPC-SP 50 Ω precision connectors are designed for applications up to 22 GHz where quick and reliable interconnects are essential. Intermateable with OSP and BMA connectors, the floating construction allows compensation for axial and radial misalignment while the innovative blind mate self-finding mechanism ensures fast, easy connection and disconnection, bringing significant time and cost reductions. Furthermore, tightening the connection requires no additional tooling. RPC-SP connectors are therefore ideal for use where space is at a premium such as in many rack and plug-in applications. The product range comprises cable, panel and PCB connectors, adaptors to other coaxial connector series, airlines as well as test & measurement accessories such as RPC-SP calibration kits, test cables or measurement equipment (open – short – load).

Rosenberger RPC-TNC precision connectors feature threaded locking mechanism and are suitable for applications up to 18 GHz. Based on the BNC series interface, they are intermateable with standard TNC connectors, 50 Ω and 75 Ω types both. The wide product range includes cable connectors, adaptors and test & measurement accessories such as calibration kits or measurement equipment (open – short – load). Furthermore, variants for aviation and spaceflight applications are available.
